Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) Architecture:

• We have individual backup storage for each server. This is updated every day at 10 pm.
• Next, there is central backup storage on cloud. This is updated every day at 11 pm.
• Next day backup will not overwrite old backup till 5 days.
• We have backup of 1st and 15th of every month for 6 months.
• ERP Store, which is our development server used to release any new development for customer test servers.
• In case of some disaster at production server site, backup server which is by design located far from the production server, will become the live server by changing the IP address entry inside domain server. This recovery process duration is 2 to 4 hours.
