Our ERP application is hosted on a secure and scalable cloud environment to ensure high availability, data security and performance.
The following costing structure applies to clients opting for StrategicERP cloud hosting services.
Cloud Hosting Costing (Before 01/04/2025)

Revised Costing (Effective from 01/04/2025)

Important Notes
- The additional cloud storage cost (if any) is applicable for that billing year only.
- From the next renewal year, the billing will be done by clubbing both costs- i.e the base 100GB and any additional storage consumed.
- The cost includes
- Server uptime monitoring data backup
- System performance optimization
- Cloud security and access management
Storage usage will be reviewed before each renewal to determine total space utilization and applicable billing.
Ex.
If a client initially 100 GB and later add 100 GB more during the year from next renewal (post 01/04/2025) : 1,20,000 + 60,000 = 1,80,000
