When your ERP or Cloud Server is Not Working

When your ERP or cloud server is not working, follow the steps listed below:

 

Step 1: Go to developer tools in Chrome and click on network tab and reload the site

Step 2: Check if All is selected

Step 3: Check if any URL is red in color or if it is blocked.

Step 4: Need to unblock that URL or add it in exclusion list of firewall or antivirus

 

To check if the server is down, visit https://tools.keycdn.com/ping

and enter a website (for e.g. abc.com) and click on ping test to check.
