1. System Requirement Study (SRS) :This is functional document of complete requirements with current formats and flow chart
2. Data Flow Diagram (DFD) : This is requirement mapping at database table level
3. Entity Diagram (ED) : This is requirement mapping at database table and field level
4. Test Cases (TC) : This is for quality control with real life data examples for input and output
5. Impact Analysis (IA) : This is to know the impact of this customisation in product
