All statutory related developments are free of cost at StrategicERP and only deployment cost on the client server will be chargeable. Generally deployment cost is 33% of the total cost and it includes final testing on the client server. Thanks to the Low Code / No Code development which makes this possible.

However, to maintain the quality of software all other customisations or developments are chargeable at StrategicERP. No change is small because one small change reflects at multiple places in ERP due to its highly integrated automation logic and makes a big part redundant or error prone.

So, our humble request to all customers not to create an inconvenient situation by asking for FOC development.
