Walking distance to Navi Mumbai Metro Rail network confirmed for Armstrong's Kharghar project. Armstrong's Hexcity, the sprawling residential enclave at Kharghar is now poised to take off tentatively by the first week of November 2010. The project has received Clearance Certificate from the Environment Ministry and approval of Layout Plan from MMRDA, following which the Collector, Alibaug has also granted the Commencement Certificate to the project. The construction work at the Site, therefore, is slated to Start in full swing this Diwali and thousands of families who have booked their dream flat in Armstrong's Hexcity will see their homes start taking shape. "Construction operations at the massive project will be managed professionally due to the commissioning of sophisticated ERP package from ERP specialists IT Aakash, that's specially designed for boosting productivity, accountability and effective management of on-site project resources." According to reports, CIDCO authorities have charted out the plan for initial two phases of the Navi Mumbai Metro – starting from Belapur and ending at Khandeshwar. Both projects – Armstrong's Hexcity and Hexworld – are located a mere walking distance from the Taloja juncture of the metro network.
