This helps you change version of field.

e.g. Purchase management (module) -> Purchase Order (form).

• By right clicking on the field a model will popup named as view details.

• View details consists of multiple options through which you can see the edit version. Click on it to open version management.

• In version management, new value displays the current value which is stored in the database.

• You can change the new value and also select an effective date from when the data should change.

• By saving the data in the table form, it will be updated in all the fields for display.
