1. Client Management--> One finalized Tender BOQ few line items and its respective Running Bill
2. Project Portfolio Management -->> few line items of Planning And scheduling of the BOQ with its resource estimation
3. Asset Mgmt --> 5 Assets details and its respective Asset Groups
4. Plant & Machinery and Equipment Maintenance-->> Existing process of DPR, 5 Asset Bills covering all asset maintenance aspects , current Maintenance process documents
5. HR, Payroll and ESS--> 5 Employee details with all kinds of salary calculation aspects being followed, leave balances with current leave credit and debit policy
6. Labor Management & Biometric Integration -->
7. Finance Management
8. Statutory Management
9. ERP Admin--> one company details and one project details
Note :
- With respect to point number 1 and 2 the BOQ Line items which will be considered in Client Management (BOQ Data) the same line items should be considered in planning data along with its respective resource estimation, predecessors
- With respect to point number 2 the Vendors Details, Contractors details, Work Order and Purchase Order with respective bills are supposed to be of the same BOQ Line items mentioned as per Point 1
- The Asset Details , Daily Production Data and its respective maintenance Bills are supposed to be of same Project used against same BOQ Line Items
- Details of 3 employees covering all payroll, attendance and Leave credit and debit process
- With respect to point number 7 please provide 3 transaction records of payments and receipts against the same BOQ Lines mentioned in Point 1
- All the above mentioned points against which the datas are being given are supposed to be of the same company and one project under the same.
