Managing permissions with StrategicERP (Permissions Management)

Permission Levels

1) No-Search - Search is not enabled. Below results wont be visible

2) Collaborator - Edit, create

3) Editor - Edit only no create

4) Consumer - Read only

5) Co-ordinator - Edit, import - export

6) SuperUser - Edit, import - export, delete

7) Contributor - Create only no edit

8) Personal - Edit, import - export, delete own

1) Default Group Permissions

Permissions are assigned to groups and users are added to that group. Default groups are added with most default permissions configured. 

2) Overriding Individual Permissions

You can override permissions of a user added to a group.

Copy Permissions From one user to multiple users:

You can configure one user as a role model and copy those permissions to other users using "Copy Permissions" form. It makes it easier for admins to copy permissions from one user to multiple users.
