Lokacart App- Refund for missing/ wrong/ damaged/ poor quality products

1. Click on the left to see the menu

2. Click on delivered orders 

3. Click on Cancel order 

4. Click on the option you find suitable from "Poor Qulaity of Product", "Damaged Product", or "Wrong Products". And then click on upload the file. 

5. Select whether you want to "Take Photo", or "Choose from Gallery" 

5. Click "Allow"

6. Click "Allow"

7. Click the "Cancel order" button 

8. Now click "Track cancel order" button

9. You will be able to view the status of your cancelled order. It will update usually within 24 hours. After the update from Lokacart you will see the chages as shown below. 

10. After this update, you will be able view the refund money in the refund section. 

11. You can use this amount to place an order the next time.
