1. If the save button is not present in the form then we can import by defining action in excel data and under that the name of the button

2. It will directly update the entry on the status of the form. 

3. You need to add one column at the end of the excel template as shown in the image below 

4. While importing at the time of column mapping you need to map the action column with the Status column as shown in the second and third image 

5. After mapping it import the data it will automatically put that entry on the given state 

6. If there is Dlist in the form and you are importing Dlist data then make sure the Action field should be before the Dlist fields
