In this we see how do GRN AND GIN by Using QRCODE from Mobile App

1. Creation of Godown

Need to create Godown Master with Godown Location Radius (in Mtrs) for identification of godown location .

1. Generating  of QR Codes

For Generating of QR Codes need to select the QR Code Generation form in Site management and need to fill the Form name, Field Name.

By searching the item code we can download the QR Codes ( QR Codes will auto generate after creating Item in Item master) 

We can see the QR Code after Clicking on download button.

1. Doing GRN by using QR code from PPM Mobile APP

Need to click Barcode Scan

After clicking on Barcode Scan, we will get GRN and GIN.

Click GRN for doing Goods Receipt Note.

After clicking on GRN the form will be open, we need fill the Godown Name, Supplier Name, Challan Number after entering Challan no above scanner will open. 

After scanning the QR code of item on basis of supplier PO No’s will come.

Need to give received qty do enter, record will save in draft and will go to pending task to user, from there he will follow the flow for Approving the record, after approving the record will generate the stock in godown.

Click on GIN for Goods issue

After clicking on GIN the form will open, need to give the godown name and Sub Project.

After giving sub project scanner will open

Need to scan the item QR code, after that current stock will show for particular item.

Need to give the Issued qty do enter, record will save in draft and it will go to pending task to user, from there he will follow the flow for Approving the record, after approving the record stock will be reduce from current godown stock.
