1.User Interface: Currently the system does not support the option to edit css in customisation/ Change colors / Css of the application.

The option can be provided in the future as per requirements.

2. Language: Arabic/ English translation will be displayed as translated by Google Translator.

In case there is any additinal cost, it will be borne by the client.

We can change the field name in English but translation will be carried out through Google only.

3. Change Request: Any new development which is not mentioned in the Scope will be delivered in accordance with the need and will incure an additional cost. This may also lead to a revision of the Project Target date.

4. Browser testing: Though Compatible with major browsers such as Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Opera but Testing will be carried out on Google Chrome only.

5. Digitalization (Migration) of existing Traditional data to new systems will be carried out upon request at an additional cost.

6. Any External License, if required, its cost will be borne by the client

7. Security Audit/ VAPT: Cost for Security Audit or any other certificate will be borne by the Client.
