Step 1 --->Go to the Item Group Master to create the Asset group.
Step 2 --->Go to Item Master to add the Asset Items under Asset group.
Step 3 --->For the new Bulk Service Assets Procurement Process:-
(3.I) Go to the Purchase Requisition to make new request
Step 4 --->Go to Request for Quotation to add Supplier under Quotation Registration Entries.
Step 5 --->Go to Purchase Order to add the Basic rate, GST and Term & Condition.
Step 6 --->Go to the Godown Master to make the Assets Godown
Step 7 --->Go to Goods Received Note to receive Asset under particular Site / Godown.
Step 8 --->Go to Purchase Bill to add Purchase Bill Entries
(3.II) For the Direct adding Bulk Service Assets à Go to Misc. Received Note to added Asset under particular Site /Godown.
Step 9 --->Go to the Goods Issue Note to transfer the Bulk Qty Wise Service Assets through Transaction type and Issue Method.
Step 10 --->Track Bulk wise Assets Rrecord through the Stock Report by selecting the specific Godwon.
