If GST rate on transport Cost differ from Item GST rate then Follow below proceedure ----->
1) Set GST Applicable "No" in Purchase bill entries (See below screenshot).
2) Set "Additional Transportation Service Tax / GST Applicable" as "Yes" in Purchase bill payments tab. And fill highlighted fields in below screenshot.
