1. Go to ERP ADMIN -> General Settings -> Cloud Telephony Tab,

Replace client values in below url and save general settings

https://api.mcube.com/Restmcube-api/outbound-calls?HTTP_AUTHORIZATION=wdqwdXXXXX&exenumber=${telephoneext}&custnumber=${numbertocall}

&refurl=https://{{cloudnumber}}.strategicerpcloud.com/strategicerp/pages/mcubeoutgoing.jsp?actn=outboundresponse&cloudcode={{clientname}}

2. Replace client values in below url and share updated callback url to mcube to get outbound/inbound responses on callback url 

https://{{cloudnumber}}.strategicerpcloud.com/strategicerp/pages/mcubeoutgoing.jsp?actn=outboundresponse&cloudcode={{clientname}}
