Estimated amount control in Purchase Management module

In Estimation, if we are not having in a detailed estimation of Materials for BOQ Activities and want to control the amount while purchasing the materials we can use the below process

• Create Project WBS and WBS Activities for Material purchase and allocate the estimated amount to it

• On the basis of Material Activity, we can create a Purchase requisition using the same activity and select the required materials and quantities of the same

• Once the requisition is done we can proceed with the Comparison of Quotations or Direct PO and while doing the processing system will check for the Estimated amount and the Actual amount
• While processing comparison and PO system will restrict entering more than the balance amount from estimations
