Step 1-> Go to Project WBS and create WBS and The Activities

Step 2-> Go to WBS Activity and add Dependency Details under Bar Chart Settings.

Step 3-> Go to Project Bar Chart and Track the Duration of Each WBS / Activity, Start Date / End Date, % work completion, Actual Start Date and Actual End Date, Delay, Predecessor, Estimated Total Qty, and Dpr Qty.

Step 4-> Go to Project Schedule if you want to do micro scheduling.

Step 5-> Go to Project Delay and add Delay details by fetching Activity details.

Step 6-> Go to Project Schedule Bar Chart to check Schedule Baseline Start Date, Baseline End Date, Start Date, and End Date.

Step 7-> Go to Project Bar Chart again and check the Bar chart, to track the changes as per the start date and end date provided.
