Following points needs to be taken into consideration when data patch is installed or applied from development server or from patch store

1) Data of 1st selected form will only be transferred to destination form even if multiple forms are selected in field.

2) Data Patch should be created separately . It should be included in regular( fields/form ) Patch.

3) Data will be transferred to destination form depending upon start date and end date is selection.

4) Field wise and User wise data will not be transferred to destination.
