Filename of a particular report to change while downloading or receiving mails

Please follow the steps: 

1. You have to select that particular report in SU.

2. Then you have to rename file in the format given below:

column4426_column2028_.jrxml

Ex. Sales_Invoice_column4426_column2028_.jrxml

3. These columns are taken, for instance from Purchase Order form (PO No & Vendor name).

4. Likewise as per requirement column IDs will change.
