Merge PDF in PO, WO & Admin PO/WO for Terms and Conditions
Follow Below Steps to Merge PDF in PO, WO & Admin PO/WO for Terms and Conditions
Step 1 : Prepare Word File of Terms & Conditions with proper alignment.
Step 2 : Save the same word file as PDF. Crosscheck PDF file if it is showing proper alignment or not.
Step 3 : Open the respective entry where it has to be attached. This can be either PO, WO or PO/WO.
Step 4 : You will find the "Upload" button under the Terms and Conditions Tab.
Step 5 : Upload formatted PDF file to that particular entry.
Step 6 : Check print report (PDF - JRXML Only) of existing system. Attached files “Terms and Conditions” will print after existing print report as shown in below image.
