1) Need to open stock management form from site management module (Patch No. Realestatemedium - 4161, Infralarge - 1961 )

2) For adjustment of negative stocks, Project name Start date and end date is mandatory

   Following rules need to be followed

   1)User can update 1000 records at a time 

   2)Date should be greater than 01/04/2021

Note:- This process will take a few hours depending on the size of the data
           Install this patch (Realestatemedium - 5157, Infralarge - 2440) then it will update the summary and accordingly, we can run the Stock tool to adjust the Over issued stock
