Restrict delete of Dlist Item

Step 1:add one vfucntion

Step 2:Default value in dlist should mention DELETECHECK${vfunction_field_id(step 1)}

Ex:DELETECHECK11589

Step 3:If vfunction value 1 then 1 then not allow else 0 or empty then it will allow to delete.
