Project WBS and Schedule linking
We can link Project BOQ activities and Schedule tasks in between by giving many to many relations to Schedule tasks and BOQ activities.
- Project BOQ needs to design in Project WBS form
- Schedule Activities can be entered in the Project Schedule form
- Scheduled Task can be linked with Project Activities using WBS Activities Relation
- Schedule linking can be done in excel also with the given format below and then the same can be imported into ERP
