Today we will see how the module of Labour Management works and how to do data entry in the same.

Step 1: Create labour/(s) in the Labour Master:

It will ask you for all the details including whether safety induction done, Police verification done, etc

Step 2: Fill details in "Labour Daily Attendance":

User has to fill in the attendance data in this form, any Overtime worked and the rate for Overtime hours.

Step 3 : Go to the "Labour Payment form":

 Here, all the payment details are auto fetched and post ledger selection, auto entries are posted and by the system as follows:

Step 4: Payment Voucher generation :

 In "Labour Payment" form itself, a payment voucher is auto-generated from where payment can be made from relevant cash/ bank account. Auto entries are generated for making the payment once form is done on signed state as follows: 

 In this way, you can run the entire cycle of Labour management from Master creation to Attendance generation to Salary generation and finally Salary payment.
