File Rack System
A New File Rack Sytem have been developed in ERP
It can be used to create, store, manage and track all electronic documents and images of paper based documents through ERP.
It can be employed to capture, distribute and track documents in organisation.
1) File Rack system can be found under e-files tab
2) New folder can be created within file rack.
Click on 3 vertical dots and thereon click on create.
Single folder can have Multiple sub-folders.
3) Each folder will have 4 fields namely:
1-Document type
2-Document number
3-Party name
4-Details
Where, User will enter folder details manually.
4) Each Folder will have its own sets of properties, which can be assigned from edit tab and each field can be-
1-Locked(No one will be able to edit)
2-Mandatory(For all files in that folder, this field will be mandatory to be filled)
3-HIghligh(Data in that field will be highlighted)
4-Check Duplication(Same name cannot be used anywhere else)
5)To upload any file, select that folder and use browse file option, select your file from system and that will be saved in file rack.
