We have developed VPF deduction functionality in our system. 

To deduct VPF we have given a combo named "VPF Type" in employe details form. User have to select the parameter from combo list.

Three Parameters are there in combo list. 1. Percentage wise. 2.Fixed 3. No.

User can select perameter as per his requirement. If you select percent wise then system will ask you for deduction % else amount. (VPF % will be calculate on earned basic)

Now when you will generate your salary system will deduct VPF accordingly in salary slip.
