Dashboard Configuration in CRM Application

Not able to see the Dashboard in Home page !!!

If you are getting below message while logging into CRM application ?

Home screen

Kindly follow below steps

  1. Define user in the Sales Person Info form available in Pre Sales module

    1. Telecaller Page - Give the permission of LMS Team/Head
    2. Salesperson - Give the permission of Sales Team/Head


       
  2. Define Dashboard page in User Management form available in ERP Admin module
    1. In the Front Page field - Search for page and select the pages (Multiple Selection allowed)
      1. Telecaller Page - 3727,
      2. Salesperson - 3778,
