To create knowledge base, following are the steps:

1. Visit https://strategicerp.com/knowledge-base.php

2. Click on "Add Knowledge" button

3. Add Title

4. Write a description

5. Enter the Category

6. Enter multiple keywords which people can use to search it on Google and other search engines

7. Enter your name as Author

8. Click on "Add to Knowledge Base"

9. Provide your email ID ending with strategicerp.com and enter OTP

10. Done. An email will be sent to all HODs and the Sales team to view the knowledge. Content team will verify the content and edit it if needed.
