If we wish to add a new field in the Additional Form then we need to follow the steps listed below otherwise the system will display an error:

1. Add new additional field in the additional form with width more than 0
2. Save the additonal form
3. Make the additional field width 0
4. Do not save form
5. Now form will work as normal without additional field
6. Next day, make the width of additonal field more than 0
7. Save the form
8. Now additional field will be available for use
