Access to Accounts groups and ledgers

1.Which data is visible in above fields

----->In Access to Accounts groups all Parent groups will be visible

----->In Access to Ledgers if Selected Accounts groups ledger will be visible

2.Use of the fields

This fields are used to restrict the access of accounts groups and ledgers of that group in MIS Ledger form.In fields are only used in MIS Ledger

For instance

For user "XYZ' You have selected the Sundry Creditors in Accounts group and Party A, Party B, Party C in Access to ledgers field. So User XYZ will only get Party A, Party B, Party C ledger in drop under MIS Ledger form.
