This helps you change version of field. e.g. Purchase management (module) -> Purchase Order (form).

By right clicking on the field a model will popup named as view details.

View details consists of multiple options through which you can see the edit version. Click on it to open version management.

In version management, new value displays the current value which is stored in the database.

You can change the new value and also select an effective date from when the data should change.

By saving the data in the table form, it will be updated in all the fields for display.
