Open Social Media Integration form in the Pre-Sales Module
Enter Facebook Login Details
After that Select Facebook Campaign pages
Next, select the integration form and Import Lead data.
After this process leads are generated into the ERP ( Telecalling Form)
If Leads are not generated to the ERP
1. Check the Below permission
- Community activity
- Send messages
- View earnings insights
- You have to use the Facebook id for integration for which you have permission to access leads from Facebook.
Above permission should be Enabled
If they are Disabled
Please Enable
