Docx Report Creation Using Report Management Form

Step 1:-  Go to the Report Management form to create new Docx Report

 

Step 2:-  Select Module Name/Form Name and Click on Add Report button

 

Step 3:-  Give the Report Name, Upload the Docx file and Click on Save button

 

Step 4:- Add Column ID or Field Name of form which you want in the output. As we mentioned in the below screenshot
