For Project Manager

1. Should be working as implementation eng for 3 years or more
2. Should have worked as implementation eng in 20 plus projects
3. Should have good communication skills written n verbal
4. Mail reply should be on same day except on holiday or leave
5. There respective modules should be working at more then 10 or more clients
6. 5 or more projects letter should be there where he was working as implementation eng.
7. Should be holding any graduation degree
8. Should have a leadership quality and that review can be taken from his jr. And Sr.
9. Should have a knowledge of project plan and project schedule.
10. Should have basic knowledge of all the modules in REmedium and Infralarge with full fledged knowledge of development tools like custom report, status mail sms, basic functions,docx report
11. Should be able to file Cr in Proper manner
12. No complaints for cross departments(Like sql,java, sales, support and HR admin)

For Project Head

1. Should be working as Project Manager for 4 years or more
2. Should have worked as project manager in 30 plus projects
3. Should have good communication skills written n verbal
4. There respective products should be working at more then 20 or more clients
5. 10 or more projects testimonial letter with no dues
6. Should have a leadership quality and that review can be taken from his jr. And Sr.
7. Should have a knowledge of project plan and project schedule.And its working in itapl
8. Should have a decision making power.
9. Team building skills should be there
10. Mail reply should be within 4 hr  except on holiday or leave
11. More then 60 % ongoing projects as a project manager should be on Time
12. Should have knowledge of all the modules in REmedium and Infralarge.
13. No complaints for cross departments(Like sql,java, sales, support and HR admin)
