Following are list of FAQ regarding biometric integration and atrtendance. If biomtric report is not shwoing data correctly then refer below points,

1. After ICLOCK Server Integration completed in machine and evenafter this machine is showing as OFFLINE , pls check whether able to telnet ICLOCK Server ( 164.52.198.31:8800 ) from mahcine internet. curl -v "telnet://164.52.198.31:8800"
2. Employee code column length present in biometric table in erp  should be more than employee code length coming from ERP.
3. Machine to add in cloud server mapping file. File location:- /usr/local/J2FX/webapps/strategicerp/pages/final_esslclients.txt
4. Cronjob to schedule to run sh file every 15 min
5. Biometric code and ERP employee code should have mapping done in Employee details Form
