1)Above screenshot condtions number show 0 because no set condtion for workflow button.

2) As per workflow managements form visibile all workflow button in Purchase Requisition  below form.

3) if you want to hide or show buttons in form then put condtions for workflow button From State ---> To State.

4) Select the field lable on which you are applying the conditions.

    a) Start value ( start value always to use only check single value (i.e Document type - HSSE))

    b) Start value and End value ( always use to between value  1 to 1000  (i.e start value - 1 and End value -1000) )

   c) Click to Hide button check box

5) 

After that workflow managements form show number of counts show in condtions.

Note : After applying all condtions so need to form save ( Adding and deleting also required form save)
