1. Firstly, We need to integrate gupshup settings with ERP. Refer Below URL for integration

2. Once integration is done, to start 2 way communication, go to Presales -> tellecalling form -> Select any record -> click on activity stream  -> Click on 2 way communication icon

4. PopUP will be shown along with chat history with respective mobile number

5. Whatsapp delivery status will be shown in alert message.

6.If customer window is not active for session messaging , then erp user need to send first template message, to get response from customer  . once customer responded, then erp user is free to send messages to customer
