Dlist  Scrolling Issue

Module Name: Purchase Management Form Name: Purchase Order

Problem  Sometimes a  user is experiences  lag in  scrolling  when creating a large Dlist like a  Purchase Order (PO), making data input difficult. This is a recent issue that was not present a month ago as on Sept 2025 . This problem is evidently shown in Screenshot 1

Real Reason of the problem  As shown in screenshot 3, the "Use Graphics acceleration when Available" setting is turned ON in the user's Google Chrome browser. Because this feature is on, the client is facing the problem of improper scrolling.

How we can solve it  As shown in screenshot 2, you have to go to the Settings page in Google Chrome. Then, as shown in screenshot 3, you need to type "Acceleration" in the settings search bar. You will find that "Use Graphics acceleration when Available" is ON. When that feature is disabled, as shown in screenshot 4, the error is solved. The solved working system is shown in Screenshot 5

  • Question: My PO form is lagging, and the scrolling is stuck when I try to work on a large order. What should I do?

  • Answer: This sounds like a performance issue with your web browser. A quick fix is to clear your browser's cache and temporary files. If that doesn't work, try disabling "Use Graphics acceleration when Available" in your Google Chrome settings, as this is a known cause of the problem.
