- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Qualify prospects based on their business needs and potential for sales opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
