Problems with Dedicated Hosting on Different Cloud:

    • Conflict of settings by different vendors
    • Artificial Intelligence services are not supported as they need complex set of server arrays
    • Cloud server needs constant and weekly updation for all new developments even if not used. So, client will have to pay extra cost (20X) as we need to upload software updates on individual server. (This will be applicable every year).
    • If software is not updated, new functionality can not work. In this case StrategicERP's Support team can not help client to resolve the issue or implement new statutory changes.

Data Back-up structure (need one more server on cloud):

    • We have local backup storage for each server. This is updated every day at 10 pm.
    • Next, there is USB backup storage. This is updated every day at 11 pm.
    • Lastly, there is online cloud backup storage for DR (Disaster Recovery). This is updated every day at 12 pm.

    Additional service charges applicable:

    • Backup and restore monitoring
    • Attacks and security monitoring
    • Cloud controller / main application monitoring
    • Maintenace of dedicated server is highly expensive and approx. cost would is 20 times StrategicERP cloud hosting cost
    • Above server is ideally suitable for 1000 to 5000 ERP named module users. For more users we may require to add more servers with same configuration.
