To add image in the mail body click on the image icon above the mail body, on clicking on the image icon a box will open. Follow below steps for adding images in the mail body.

Adding image using existing link

If we have an existing image file on web copy the image url by as shown in below images we can directly add that image url in the mail body by clicking on the image icon, a box will open which will ask for Web address you can paste your image url and click on insert, image will be displayed in the mail body.

• Image 1 : Search the image right click on the image and click on open image in new tab and copy the image url.
